Will Hesterberg, senior pastor, has served Concord since 1993. Will and his wife, Lori, are natives of Monroe County and have two grown children, Anna and Barton. Will graduated with a BA in Economics from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, a Masters of Divinity, and a Masters of Theology from Covenant Seminary (PCA) in St. Louis. Will periodically teaches in several foreign countries, works with International Theological Education Ministries, a foreign missions agency, and recently had his first book, a study on Genesis, published. He enjoys working outdoors, woodworking, tennis, chess, and baseball. Will also serves on the Christian Education and Publication (CE & P) national committee of the PCA that oversees Christian Education for the entire denomination, publication of adult and children curriculum and books, Men's and Women's Ministries, Seniors' Ministries, Youth Ministries, and training.

Bill Thomas, Associate Pastor, joined the staff of Concord in Aug. 2011 after completing his MDiv at Redeemer Theological Seminary in Dallas, TX. Previously, Bill and his wife Colleen served with Campus Crusade for Christ for 20 years, the last 12 being in Ukraine and doing church-based and evangelistic FamilyLife ministry there. Bill and Colleen have been married for 21 years and have 7 children. Bill's primary ministry focus at Concord is developing ministry to and through Families. His favorite activities involve his family, exercise, the outdoors, or ice hockey.

Jennifer Bullock serves as the Project and Application Planner at Concord, joining the staff part-time in 2007 after working full-time in the Information Technology field for 15 years. Jennifer graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She and her husband, Dennis, live in Waterloo and have four children: Katie, Gabe, Ethan, and Jessica. Jennifer enjoys coordinating events, project planning, and most of all, spending time with her family. Jennifer finds Concord to be a wonderful church family.
