Will Hesterberg, senior pastor, has served Concord since 1993. Will and his wife, Lori, are natives of Monroe County and have two grown children, Anna and Barton. Will graduated with a BA in Economics from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, a Masters of Divinity, and a Masters of Theology from Covenant Seminary (PCA) in St. Louis. Will periodically teaches in several foreign countries, works with International Theological Education Ministries, a foreign missions agency, and recently had his first book, a study on Genesis, published. He enjoys working outdoors, woodworking, tennis, chess, and baseball.

Darren Smith, associate pastor, has served Concord since 1999. Darren and his wife, Gretchen, have lived in Waterloo since 2002. They moved to Waterloo from South Carolina to attend Covenant Seminary. He is a graduate of Covenant Seminary with a Masters of Divinity. Darren and Gretchen have two daughters, Catalina and Eliana. He enjoys laughing and playing with his family. He also enjoys almost anything sports related (football, basketball, and golf). His ministry at Concord focuses on building strong families of faith as he seeks to help encourage and equip parents as well as their children.

Dawson was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, where he met Dayna at the Christian high school they both attended. It was there that he first began to sense the Lord's call to ministry, but he listened to the counsel of a youth director and spent 17 years after graduation from Wheaton College in 1985 'doing something else.' This is evident in the varied experiences in his resume. However, in the fall of 1999 Dayna and Dawson truly began to sense God's leading to seek that original call, so they began to prepare to move to St. Louis in order to begin studies at Covenant Seminary. Beginning in the summer of 2002 they arrived and in May of 2006 he graduated and was ordained the following October. Dayna and Dawson have been married 24 years and have had 13 addresses in 4 different states. Currently they have two sons in college, one a freshman and the other a senior, and a daughter who will enter high school next year.

Jennifer Bullock serves as the Project and Application Planner at Concord, joining the staff part-time in 2007 after working full-time in the Information Technology field for 15 years. Jennifer graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She and her husband, Dennis, live in Waterloo and have four children: Katie, Gabe, Ethan, and Jessica. Jennifer enjoys coordinating events, project planning, and most of all, spending time with her family. Jennifer finds Concord to be a wonderful church family.
